Placing inbound links on high PR sites

One way to increase your permanent backlinks once and for all is what we call inbound links. Placing inbound links in higher PR sites will give you more chance that your website will be viewed by unique visitors (UV). But on the other hand, inbound links are useless when you want to deal with webmasters who have websites with no good traffic and low PR. Definitely will increase your backlinks, but not gonna work well with low PR and traffic sites. Link sales can actually work to place or exchange inbound links, but it depends on the content, template, page rank and traffic of the website you're dealing with.
