A difficult link building offer

Someone in Digitalpoint forums have sent a personal message to me about the link building offer I have stored for him. He says that my work should be 100% manual and 100% perfection on any of the search optimising tasks:

1. Manual web directories

2. Forums

3. Blog commenting

4. Social bookmarks

5. Article and PR directories

In my previous link building or search optimising jobs, I only have around 85% to 90% complete due to other web directories that rejects the submission, but they are truly satisfied that their backlinks are increasing, as well as page ranks in Google. But for now, I'll pass this difficult job from this highly-expected guy.
