Gaining more sales in my friend's SEO e-book

My friend Daniel and me are having a plan to promote his SEO e-book, which is the SEO revenge in different forums, social bookmarks, social media and networks, and even creating pages on Squidoo and HubPages. Daniel told me that this is part of his optimizing plan in order to gain more sales in his e-book. I did help him by posting the e-book in my blog, the Bogart's Online World, which is a do-follow PR3 blog and to say something about it when availing his SEO revenge e-book. I even created a HubPage for his e-book, but was not yet finished. His goal is to increase his sales before the start of 2010, and he hired and asked my help to do it. So I hope our web optimizing strategies will help him gain sales on his e-book.
