1. In the morning, don't do SEO in the early morning. You can start at 9AM to 12NN, but with at least 30-minute snack break. Always eat breakfast and take a shower before accessing your computer.
2. Eat heavy lunch at around 12NN to 1PM. Talk with your family and friends. After eat, rest for about 30 minutes. Vegetables and fruits are more preferred for this job to increase good eyesight.
3. In the afternoon, start around 1:30 to 5:00 PM, with at least 30-minute snack break within the hours of work. Don't forget to bring along cold water or softdrinks, it may cool you up to continue your work.
4. Take time to go outside of your house or office around 5PM, and go malling and bonding with your friends. It may help your eyes and body to regain strength for the evening session.
5. When at home, let's say around 7 or 8PM, eat heavy dinner first before continuing your SEO job overtime. Work only 2 hours from 9PM to 11PM, and then take a half-bath and go to sleep for another day. This may help your body to gain full rest and regeneration.
