A free PR8 .GOV link?

I have come up with this thread in Digitalpoint about the "Free .GOV link with a high PR8 rank", and the details are found in this link:

The deal was very simple but tricky. You need to replace his domain name with ours and replace the anchor text with our own anchor text. He already added this link to few social bookmarking websites like Digg, Technorati, StumbleUpon, Delicious, etc. Sounds crazy but no worries to try. The others gave their feedback and replies to this person by clicking the link above. But the question was, where's the link he promised?

This is very rare guys, as this guy worked hard to find this PR8 .GOV link, which that owner has full web optimizing dedication.

Dealing of link exchanges

If you are going to link exchange with other bloggers or webmasters, you have to stick with one niche and interest only in which you deal with the others. However, there are certain things which link exchangers base your website or blog. It can be judged through:

1. Page rank
2. Niche or interest
3. Alexa rank
4. Traffic volume
5. Do-follow attribute

When you have all of these, you are ready to face off with others in link exchanging. Link exchange is a search optimizing technique that is very easy and free which you only request to exchange links with each other.

Link exchange with other bloggers

At Digitalpoint, there’s a section called link exchange. In my previous blog, the Bogart’s Online World, I have been exchanging links to them by putting my link to their site, as I put their site to mine. There is no such thing that needs to be paid; only link sales transaction can be called as paid transaction. Through link exchange with other users depending on the niche of my blog, we can gain huge backlinks from them even their blog has not generated huge traffic. The important for me was the backlinks, because it may help increase my page rank in Google and a chance to increase my SERPS too. I have stopped for months now because of various huge SEO projects, and now I’m getting back again to link exchanging with other bloggers at Digitalpoint and other forums as well.
