Am I ready to invest again?

I know it seems pretty hard for me to decide right now. I already have $13.62 on my Alertpay now and I don't know what site that accepts Alertpay which my investment could be worth. Here are my choices if I want to invest right now:

1. Upgrade to Pro member on Adz-2-Cash?

2. Upgrade to Paid member on Pay-it-Forward Traffic?

3. Buy advertising on Adz-2-Cash or other ad exchange programs?

4. Buy SEO services from different clients?

5. Withdraw?

I'm confused right now, since I'm doing search optimising right now it's hard to think of what I can do with my Alertpay money? Am I ready to invest again on these schemes?
