Applicants keep on applying for SEO job

I have received many e-mails and PM's in my Digitalpoint inbox and Yahoo e-mail that inquires about the SEO job my friend offered. My friend will gave me some commission every time a new recruit has been hired. When I check it, I think it's more than 20 applicants already, and I just need to interview them and do a series of web optimizing tests given by my friend. This is very important for both of us in order to make sure that the applicant has good skills in SEO. So far, we have five new recruits who have been hired and I have been paid by my friend as commission. It's like I'm acting under a human resource job in an outsourcing company, but it's a good job for me and they can now start their optimizing tasks my friend instructs them.
