If we have an ambition to be a moderator of one forum, you must have the requirements needed by the administrator of the forum if you like to be one of the moderators. These requirements are just simple as you think, and here are the following possible requirements that needs to be done:
1. Must be active always on the forum most of the time. Monitor every suspicious posts and PM's that are violating the terms of the forum.
2. Must contribute and participate to any interesting discussion which a thread starter posted.
3. Be able to answer all the questions, suggestions and clarifications being complained or being sent by a valued member.
4. Must be able to follow the rules of the forum as a moderator, and be one of the admin's right side.
5. When a member tries to spam or abuse anyone's posts, you have the right to suspend, warning or ban them in the forum. You must entertain threads that are being reported by some complainants.
