1. Motivate yourself and your colleagues. Try to concentrate on what you're doing and don't do anything that may distract your work.
2. Do SEO manually, not using auto generating softwares. It may only waste your time in using softwares because it will not help you in the SERPS. Better stick to manual.
3. Manage your time. We always manage our time both SEO and our personal lifestyle. If we can do it, success will arrive.
