What are the things we need to consider in order to motivate our own SEO teammates? The teammates' performance will only depend n the motivation of a leader like me. It is very important for us to know that motivation is truly one key to succeed in our SEO business or team play. How can we motivate them anyway?
1. E-mail or contact them regularly. Make sure that they give you their e-mail and contact phone or mobile number so that you can follow-up their performance. Follow-up them almost 3-4 times a week.
2. Entertain their problems and difficulties on their work and try to give them advice, so that they would not experience difficulty in their work.
3. Always conduct a regular meeting once every week by gathering all of them, especially you in one place.
This is where your SEO business succeeds, through motivating your teammates.
