No-follow links really work for me

When I do SEO on no-follow forums like DreamTeamMoney and TalkGold, it seems that the traffic is working for me. Although it will not change my SERPS, but the important for me is traffic which I will gain lots of visitors there and to promote my site for good. This is a strategy in which link builders are hired to put signature links for their client's site in the forum, and every post count. If the visitor will try to click your signature link in the forum, you will gain lots of traffic, not link juice. This is really important in search optimizing, even it's no-follow.
