In forums like Digitalpoint, V7N, NetBuilders, WickedFire, NamePros and WarriorForums, they usually sell their traffic exchanges for those who are interested to do business with them. They might cost you around more than $50 and up to $100+, depending on the site's uniqueness. It simply drives traffic to your site and increase your SERPS, but definitely called a "BlackHat" type.
