PTC good for SEO?

Have you been familiar about the term PTC? PTC which means paid-to-click. I have been involved in PTC business last year until I stopped because I only generate low earnings through PTC. There are two types of members, namely an affiliate and advertiser. Affiliate means you earn money through clicking ads, while advertiser means you advertise your own product or website by the number of traffic hits you ordered in the "View Ads" section.

For me, it's considered SEO because they are promoting their products or website in public and they will be generating backlink there until the number of hits expired. They can order over and over again, just to promote their site to the PTC clickers.
