Managing a team of SEO workers

If you want your SEO services to be fully satisfied by the customers that expects faster results and reports, you need a team. I can say that at least you have 3 to 5 members in your team to start multiple SEO services. Clients are always expecting faster results, so a team must work on with separate assignments on each member.

Let's say we have 500 forum backlinks, 500 web directories and 50 social bookmarks assigned to me with three members, with a budget of $100, 500 forum backlinks and 50 social bookmarks goes to me, 250 web directories for member #1 and another 250 web directories for member #2. The share will depend on how much did you contribute.

In this situation, 60% goes to me and 20% goes to each of my members, which we analyze that my assignment was the most hard effort. It depends you know, as rates and shares are not fixed for any of us.
