Background musics interrupts my SEO work

Background music is so wonderful if you have passion in music like R&B, hip-hop, rock, ballad and many other genres. They're going to listen music either in the radio, CD players, cellphones, iPod, PSP and most especially, personal computers. I realized that when I start to play some music while working, it feels that I lose focus on thinking about the topics I want to post on, and some link building or search optimizing task to my friend who focus on SEO. So I decide to turn this thing off, as I like to work in silent atmosphere. This is much better for me until now, to be silent in working and to be serious, because with too much background music, I definitely lose focus in my web optimizations.
